The things i do for ‘Art’ are usually mixed up with my privet life. In my works I combine several methods; Performance, staged photography, videos, sculptures and installations. Using the different mediums enables me to create fictitious realities or fake biographies for myself and for people around me. Each work process lasts a long period of time, allowing me to absorb and assimilate the contrived reality. The process of creating and constructing the narrative demands full involvement in each and every stage of the creation. I play all roles: Wardrobe stylist, makeup artist, set designer, light technician, prop man, location manager, director, and photographer. All the participants who take a role in the projects are asked to be physically and emotionally involved in the artistic process. When the process is complete, the allegedly real photographs or video are exhibited. The body of work stands as living testimony of the new life created.
